A Woman's Work Is Never Done,

Made In Queens, Queens Museum, New York, 2015

In A Woman's Work Is Never Done, I shared my  perspective on being a woman/artist/homemaker and how it applies to labor/art/market.  At the Queens Museum, Made In Queens event, l sold paintings by weight (and size) and invited the audience to experience being a 'maker' by making and their own, original art, based on my live demonstration of action paintings made with domestic tools and home appliances.

"The state of female artists is very good. But the very definition of art has been biased in that 'art' was what men did in European tradition and 'crafts' were what women and natives did.  But it's actually all the same"
